Returns & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be returned unless defective.

Follow these simple steps to return your product:

• Contact our customer service team with your order number
• Receive your return authorization and shipping label
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Ship the item using the provided label
• Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Want to exchange your product for a different scent or size?

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Specify the product you'd like to exchange for
• Return the original item following our return process
• Your exchange will be shipped once we receive the returned item

Exchange shipping: We cover shipping costs for exchanges within the UAE.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once processed
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
• No need to return the damaged item in most cases
• Expedited shipping for replacement at no extra cost
